URGENT OPENING for a Social Media Executive at Amarea Creative Agency



We're looking for a dynamic and driven

Social Media Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand presence across multiple digital platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and executing campaigns that align with our client's goals.

Location:

Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Strategy & Planning:



Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's goals, audience, and brand identity. Plan monthly calendars, ensuring a mix of engaging, educational, and promotional content.

Content Creation & Coordination:



Collaborate with the design team to ideate and execute engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. Write compelling copy, captions, and hashtags to enhance brand storytelling.

Community Management:



Monitor, engage, and grow online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions. Build and nurture relationships with audiences, influencers, and stakeholders.

Analytics & Reporting:



Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing engagement, reach, and conversions.

Campaign Execution:



Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and results.

Trend Spotting:



Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates. Identify opportunities to integrate trends into creative strategies.

Skills & Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management with a portfolio/case studies of past work.

Creativity & Innovation:

Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, impactful ideas to campaigns.

Writing Skills:

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands.

Analytical Mindset:

Proficiency in analyzing performance data and deriving actionable insights.

Tools Proficiency:

Familiarity with scheduling & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) and ad management dashboards.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite), reel editing, or influencer marketing is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to handle multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related fields). Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Proven track record of managing brand pages and running successful campaigns.
