We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, growing, and engaging the company's online presence across all relevant social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging, platform-specific content for social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Write compelling copy, captions, and hashtags aligned with the brand voice and tone. Collaborate with the design and multimedia teams to produce high-quality visuals and videos. Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all channels. Manage day-to-day social media operations including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments, DMs, and mentions. Monitor competitor activity and trends to inform strategy. Foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers and influencers. Handle customer inquiries and feedback via social platforms with professionalism and accuracy. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions. Contribute creative ideas to increase engagement and visibility.

Skills required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and storytelling ability. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or InShot is a plus. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role. Demonstrated experience managing business accounts on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
