Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives, reels, and other multimedia content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, followers, leads).
Manage paid campaigns on Meta and other social platforms.
Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and online reputation management.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in social media management.
Strong understanding of different platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
Basic knowledge of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads preferred).
Good communication and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
