Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, polls) aligned with brand voice and campaigns
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives and copy
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep brand communication fresh and relevant
Engage with community through comments, DMs, and interactive formats to boost reach and retention
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports with actionable insights
Ideal Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative agency or design-driven environment
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics)
Creative copywriting and storytelling ability; flair for visuals is a plus
Knowledge of paid media campaigns and influencer collaborations is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
