Job Description

Goal of the Role



To drive the growth of Off Duty's social media presence by increasing followers, boosting engagement, and enhancing brand visibility, ultimately contributing to sales via social channels.

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation & Management



Create engaging content (graphics, reels, posts) independently and with the design team.

Write creative captions, copy, and relevant hashtags.

Edit videos for reels and short-form content.

Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and current trends.

Posting & Scheduling



Schedule and post content on Instagram using manual posting and scheduling tools.

Maintain a consistent posting calendar to ensure optimal engagement.

Community Engagement



Monitor and respond selectively to comments and DMs to understand audience sentiment.

Track brand mentions and engagement trends.

Analytics & Reporting



Track and analyze performance metrics -- followers, reach, saves, shares, comments.

Prepare monthly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordination



Work with the Influencer Marketing Executive for campaign content requirements.

Trend Research



Stay updated on Instagram algorithms, trending formats, and best practices.

Event Support



Attend shoots/events as required for content creation and coverage.

Required Skills & Tools



Design Tools:

Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

Video Editing:

Strong skills in short-form video editing (Instagram reels).

Analytics Tools:

Proficiency in social media scheduling & analytics tools.

Reporting Skills:

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for tracking KPIs.

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and trending content strategies.

Experience



Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management for a fashion/D2C brand.

Proven ability to grow followers and engagement organically.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit



Accountability, creativity, adaptability, and speed of execution.

Comfortable appearing in brand videos when required.

Able to work under tight deadlines with fast content turnarounds.
