Social Refuel is an Event and Media Management company delivering impactful on-ground experiences and strategic digital narratives across music, lifestyle, sports, corporate, and IP-based events. We're seeking a Social Media Executive with strong creative vision, brand storytelling skills, and a passion for building engaged communities. You will own the brand's voice, oversee organic content strategy, and ensure our events and IPs achieve maximum cultural visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy
? Develop and execute monthly/quarterly content plans across Instagram,Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and emerging platforms.
? Shape brand tone, visual identity, and messaging for consistency across all touchpoints.
? Create campaigns that generate buzz for events, IP launches, and sponsorship activations.
Community & Influencer Marketing
? Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and community partners.
? Build micro-communities aligned with event audiences and brand ethos.
? Oversee influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.
Event & IP Coverage
? Lead organic pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event storytelling.
? Coordinate with production teams for real-time content capture and live engagement.
? Convert event highlights into evergreen brand content.
Team Collaboration & Project Management
? Collaborate closely with creative teams for ad assets, video content, and campaign creatives.
? Lead and supervise digital marketing interns and reviewing weekly deliverables.
? Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Content Production Oversight
? Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality Reels, videos, and graphics.
? Direct creative shoots for campaigns and IPs.
Analytics & Optimisation
? Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and community activity.
? Use insights to refine content formats, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
Collaboration & Integration
? Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring full-funnel campaign integration.
? Contribute to unified marketing reports and cross-channel strategies.
Required Skills
? Proven track record in growing brand presence organically.
? Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
? Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Buffer).
? Familiarity with influencer outreach and negotiation.
Preferred Experience
? 2+ years in social media/community management, preferably in events, lifestyle, or sports.
? Experience in IP-based marketing campaigns.
