Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the brand's goals and target audience.

Create high-quality and engaging reels, stories, and posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Plan, design, and manage social media calendars with a focus on consistency and timely delivery.

Handle social media pages for Foods & Grocery, Health & Nutrition, Men's & Women's Fashion, and Personal Care brands, ensuring tone and messaging align with the target audience.

Build and enhance personal branding for clients or stakeholders using social media platforms.

Collaborate on content creation for YouTube, including video production and podcast-style video strategies.

Manage Digital PR campaigns to increase online presence and engagement.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.

Stay ahead of trends and tools in social media, reels, and influencer marketing.

Along with other social channels you tube,Moj,etc

High-performing reels and video content on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Effective social media calendars delivered on time, enhancing campaign efficiency.

Strong personal branding initiatives that drive client visibility and engagement.

Increased brand awareness and positive ROI through Digital PR and social media campaigns.

Skills required:



Proficiency in creating social media reels, stories, and video content.

Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning, including calendar management.

Experience handling social media pages for for Foods & Grocery, Health & Nutrition, Men's & Women's Fashion, and Personal Care Brand

Expertise in personal branding on social media platforms, boosting engagement and visibility.

Knowledge of YouTube video content creation and podcast production.

Proficient in digital PR techniques and outreach to increase brand presence.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

Knowledge of SEO, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.

Educational /Professional Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience:



The Agency and the Brand Side 3 to 5 years of expertise in social media marketing or a related field.

Competencies Required:



Creativity and a keen eye for design and trends.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
