1. Content Planning & Creation
o Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
o Coordinate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives.
2. Social Media Management
o Manage daily posts, stories, and campaigns across platforms.
o Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages promptly.
3. Strategy & Campaign Execution
o Assist in the development and execution of monthly and quarterly social media calendars.
o Support influencer collaborations and paid campaigns as per marketing goals.
4. Analytics & Reporting
o Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
o Analyze trends and insights to optimize content and strategy.
5. Community Building
o Grow and nurture an online community aligned with the brand's voice and vision.
o Identify and engage with relevant groups, pages, and potential brand advocates.
6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
o Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates.
o Propose creative ideas to increase visibility and user engagement.
7. Collaboration
o Liaise with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align social content with broader business goals.
o Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and promotions.8. Reputation Management
o Monitor brand mentions and online conversations to manage the brand's online reputation.
o Flag and escalate any PR or crisis management situations if required.
