Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals and industries. Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

X (formerly Twitter)

LinkedIn

Google My Business

Local Listing Sites

(Just Dial, Yelp, Sulekha, etc.)

Quora, Reddit

, and other relevant discussion/community platforms. Build monthly content calendars and work closely with the content and design teams to produce engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.). Monitor trends and conversations across platforms to keep clients relevant and proactive. Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to boost engagement and brand visibility. Regularly analyze, report, and optimize performance using platform analytics and tools. Stay updated with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices. Manage client communication and expectations, ensuring deliverables are met on time. Support in developing new processes and tools to scale social media capabilities.

Requirements

4+ years of social media marketing experience

, with

agency experience being mandatory

. Proven experience managing

multiple platforms

, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, GMB, Quora, Reddit, and local listing platforms. Strong strategic thinking and content planning skills. Solid understanding of community management, engagement tactics, and brand voice development. Experience with social media analytics, reporting tools, and ad managers. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines. Creative, adaptive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Passion for digital marketing and keeping up with emerging trends.

Nice-to-Haves

Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop) for quick-turnaround posts. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot.
Previous experience in fintech, NGO, or alcobev brands is a bonus.
