Roles and Responsibilities-
Develop, schedule, and publish daily content (static, video, stories, reels) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
Monitor current trends, hashtags, challenges, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and digital partnerships
Track social media KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Continuously enhance knowledge of best practices in social media marketing
Requirements-
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing
Graduated
Creativity and enthusiasm
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Strong initiative and proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well as part of a team and coordinate across departments.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external partners.
