We are now expanding our team and looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive/Manager to amplify our clients' online presence and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Build and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals (brand awareness, lead generation, engagement).
Content Creation: Plan and brief content for posts, reels, carousels, and stories across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Content Calendar: Create and manage monthly calendars ensuring timely publishing.
Copywriting: Write compelling captions, ad copies, and hashtags tailored to each platform.
Coordination: Work with designers, video editors, and ad specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build brand loyalty.
Trendspotting: Stay updated on trends, memes, and platform updates to leverage them for clients.
Ads Support: Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and prepare performance reports for clients.
Competitor Research: Monitor industry players and suggest innovative ideas for campaigns.
Key Skills Required
In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Creativity with a knack for producing engaging and viral content.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Later.
Analytical mindset - able to turn data into actionable insights.
Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Consistent follower growth for client accounts.
Increase in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).
Improved reach and impressions month-on-month.
Higher CTR and conversions from campaigns.
