The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and effective communication to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, original content (text, images, videos) tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Basic graphic design skills and Video editing (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
Manage, edit, and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging.
Monitor, respond, and engage with followers across all social media channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community to increase brand loyalty.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
Manage social media budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and meet ROI goals.
Research and analyze current social media trends to ensure best practices are implemented.
