Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
LinkedIn marketing strategies
to increase reach and engagement.
Identify, connect, and engage with potential prospects to
generate qualified leads

Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content (posts, articles, polls, video
Manage LinkedIn campaigns (organic + sponsored) for outreach and brand awareness.
Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance to optimise results.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support conversion.
Stay updated with
LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and tools
to enhance results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in
social media management / LinkedIn lead generation
.
Strong understanding of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, and Analytics
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of B2B marketing and digital funnels.
