Job Summary

We are seeking a

creative and results-driven Social Media Executive

to join our team in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will have

1-2 years of experience

in managing social media platforms, preferably within the

education or IELTS sector

. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy to boost

brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

. Create and schedule

engaging, high-quality content

tailored to IELTS aspirants, including tips, testimonials, success stories, FAQs, and updates. Monitor

market trends

and competitor activity to refine strategies. Plan and execute campaigns promoting IELTS courses, webinars, results, and offers. Collaborate with the

academic and marketing teams

to ensure content aligns with brand goals. Track and analyze engagement metrics, preparing

monthly performance reports

. Stay updated on the latest

platform algorithms, tools, and trends

.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1-2 years

of proven experience in social media management (education sector preferred). Strong understanding of

social media tools, trends, and analytics

. Creative mindset with excellent

written and visual communication skills

. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
