Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team in Kottayam. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling social media platforms, preferably in the education or IELTS sector. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored to IELTS aspirants, such as tips, testimonials, success stories, FAQs, and updates. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize content and strategy. Plan and execute campaigns to promote IELTS courses, webinars, results, and offers. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives. Analyze engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports. Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices across platforms.

Requirements:

Any Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education sector. Strong understanding of social media trends and tools. Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
