Social Media Executive

to manage our online presence and handle customer interactions across social media platforms. The role involves responding to customer queries, managing messages, and supporting basic order-related communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update social media accounts on

Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business

Respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs in a polite and professional manner Handle customer queries and provide basic order-related information Support daily social media communication and engagement activities

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of

Instagram and Facebook

Good communication skills (

Malayalam required

, basic English) Ability to type and respond clearly to customer messages Basic computer and smartphone handling skills Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
