Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and short-form videos
Monitor trends, engagement, and platform insights
Manage online communities across platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, forums, etc.)
Engage with community members, respond to queries, and moderate discussions
Build and nurture student, parent, and educator communities
Coordinate community campaigns, events, and engagement activities
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
Collaborate with marketing, content, and academic teams
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in social media and/or community marketing
Strong understanding of social platforms and community-building strategies
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva; video editing is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative skills
