We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility. A strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and social media tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation & Strategy
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality visuals, captions, and campaigns.
Brainstorm new ideas, trends, and creative concepts to enhance brand engagement.
Assist in developing social media calendars, campaign plans, and promotional materials.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Monitor growth metrics, engagement rates, and audience behavior to optimize future strategies.
Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Brand Building & Engagement
Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social channels.
Build and nurture online communities to strengthen customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, announcements, and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and within a team.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing are a plus.
Experience working in the tech or IT industry is an added advantage.
