Job Description

Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with StudyMEDIC's branding and business goals. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) ensuring consistent tone and visual identity. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to plan campaigns around course launches, webinars, testimonials, and success stories. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, and infographics. Monitor trends in medical education, student behavior, and platform updates to keep our content relevant and appealing. Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and queries promptly and professionally. Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to execute campaign deliverables. Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), in collaboration with the performance marketing team. Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to position StudyMEDIC as a thought leader in medical education.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 1+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the education or healthcare domain. Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and audience targeting in the context of online learning. Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Exceptional writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
