Job Description

To create, manage, and grow the brand presence of Jaag Medical & Surgicals across Instagram, Facebook, and Google, while driving

walk-ins, OTC sales, and enquiries

through consistent content and engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

Plan monthly content calendar Shoot daily clinic & pharmacy content: Treatments, machines, procedures Doctor videos Pharmacy product highlights Before-after (with permission) Create reels, stories, and posts using Canva/CapCut Ensure brand quality and creativity in every post

2. Social Media Management

Post content daily on Instagram & Facebook Respond to comments, DMs, enquiries within 30 minutes Manage Google My Business updates & reviews Maintain strong engagement and community interaction

3. Performance Marketing

Run and monitor basic Meta Ads for: Walk-ins Consultation bookings Pharmacy product promotions Track daily CPL, leads, budget usage

4. Coordination

Work closely with doctors, clinic staff, and pharmacy team Coordinate with mall marketing team for: Events Visibility opportunities Free promotions Help set up mall stalls or kiosks for lead generation

Reporting & Analytics

Weekly reports on: Follower growth Engagement Reach Leads generated Walk-ins from social media Suggest improvements to increase results

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook Good photography / videography skills Reels editing (CapCut, VN, or InShot) Canva design skills Good communication in English + Malayalam Creative mindset + attention to detail

Preferred Qualification

1-3 years of experience in social media Experience in clinic / salon / spa / wellness / retail -- added advantage Freshers with strong content skills also considered

Consistent posting:

25-30 posts/reels per month

Leads from ads:

200-300/month

Increase walk-ins by 10-20% Monthly follower growth:

500-2000

Improve pharmacy OTC sales via content
