We are looking for a talented and proactive Female Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer queries, handling calls, and understanding customer requirements to support sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle incoming customer calls to understand their needs, product interests, and preferences.
Maintain daily follow-ups with potential customers and share product details/offers.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer orders, appointments, and requirements.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.
Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
Maintain records of customer inquiries and feedback for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media handling (preferably in the jewelry or retail industry).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good knowledge of online customer interaction.
Ability to create attractive and creative content.
Customer-focused, polite, and responsible attitude.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
