Develop a content calendar, create original and engaging content (including graphics and videos), write compelling captions, and schedule posts for optimal timing.

Community Management:

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaged online community.

Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns and brand collaborations.

Performance Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Use insights to improve future strategies.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content relevant and impactful.

Required Skills:

Creative Skills:

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. A portfolio of past work is an added advantage.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize strategies.

Technical Skills:

Expertise with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and familiarity with analytics & management tools.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective content creation and community engagement.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain content schedules, and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism*
1-2 years of prior experiencein Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
