Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and videographers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
Manage community engagement -- respond to comments, DMs, and feedback promptly.
Identify trends, hashtags, and content opportunities to enhance reach.
Performance & Paid Campaigns
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across
Meta Ads
,
Google Ads
, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns to achieve desired KPIs like engagement, leads, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements for better ROI.
Track budgets, ad spend, and monthly performance reports.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor social media and ad performance using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports with insights, growth metrics, and optimization recommendations.
Use data to guide creative decisions and campaign improvements.
Team Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to align content, campaigns, and marketing goals.
Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Completed
Digital Marketing Certification or Course
(required)
2-5 years of experience managing brand social media and ad campaigns
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads
Proficiency with
Meta Business Suite

Google Analytics
,
Canva
, or
Adobe tools
Creative mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
