We are looking for a

creative and analytical Social Media Executive

to manage, execute, and optimize social media campaigns for our clients.

The

Social Media Executive

will plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

. You will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content for client social media platforms. Run and optimize

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and other paid campaigns. Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and prepare reports. Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce high-quality visuals and copy. Stay updated on

latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and maintain brand tone. Support

lead generation campaigns

via social media advertising. Assist in creating

social media strategy and content calendars

for clients.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in

social media marketing

(agency or client-side). Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management tools

. Good knowledge of

analytics tools

(Meta Insights, Google Analytics). Creative mindset with an

eye for design and storytelling

. Strong

English communication skills

. Ability to

analyze data, optimize campaigns, and deliver results

. Willingness to

relocate to Kochi

(branch office).

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of

graphic design tools

like Canva or Photoshop. Understanding of

content marketing, SEO, and lead generation funnels.

Experience managing

multi-client social media accounts

. Familiarity with

email marketing or CRM platforms

is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
