Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Content Planning & Execution



Assist in creating and managing monthly social media content calendars. Post and schedule content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging posts, stories, and reels. Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging. Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and formats into content.

2. Community Management



Monitor social channels daily for comments, messages, and mentions. Respond to audience interactions promptly and professionally. Build and maintain a positive online community for each client. Escalate customer queries or issues to the account manager when needed.

3. Campaign Support



Assist in executing paid social media campaigns under the guidance of the Social Media Manager or Performance Team. Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, clicks, etc.). Help optimise campaigns based on performance insights.

4. Analytics & Reporting



Gather and compile social media performance data using analytics tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients. Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements based on insights.

5. Trend Monitoring & Research



Stay updated on social media trends, new tools, and algorithm changes. Research competitors and industry leaders for content inspiration. Suggest innovative ideas and creative formats for upcoming campaigns.

6. Collaboration



Work closely with creative, design, and copywriting teams to ensure timely content delivery. Coordinate with account managers for approvals and client feedback. Support the social media manager in campaign execution and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications



0-2 years of experience in social media marketing (internship or agency experience preferred). Good understanding of major platforms and their content requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of analytics and social media tools (specially Meta Business Suite, Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills. Familiarity with paid ads or influencer collaborations is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
