Job Overview
We are seeking a
Social Media Executive
to lead our online presence by creating, managing, and growing engaging digital communities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement, with a strong understanding of trends and analytics to drive brand visibility and interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management
Develop, plan, and produce engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content.
Monitor digital trends and audience insights to refine content strategies for maximum engagement.
2. Social Media Management & Engagement
Manage and grow the organization's social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Foster meaningful engagement by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Develop campaigns to increase followers, drive traffic, and enhance audience participation.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms to evaluate content effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
Maintain monthly reports on social media growth and campaign performance.
4. Collaboration & Campaign Support
Work closely with marketing, design, and academic teams to align social media activities with organizational goals.
Support events, webinars, and digital campaigns through promotional content and live coverage.
Gather feedback from the audience to enhance future campaigns and brand experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Proficiency in
Malayalam & English
(written and spoken).
Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools and social media management platforms.
Excellent organizational, creative, and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
