About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement. You'll work closely with the marketing team to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) Create engaging, original, and on-brand content -- including captions, posts, stories, reels, and videos Schedule and manage daily posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and generate monthly reports Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align on campaigns Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools or formats Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all social channels

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong copywriting and visual communication skills Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) Working knowledge of graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.) Creative mindset with a strong understanding of trends and storytelling Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Basic photography or videography skills Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
