We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The candidate will work closely with the team leader to assist in planning strategies, creating content, and executing campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Team Leader in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos).
Manage day-to-day operations across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates to support strategic planning.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and nurture an active online community.
Plan, manage, and track the performance of paid campaigns.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Generate reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and platform best practices.
Proficiency in Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
