Performax Media is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for engaging content, a strong understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating high-quality content, analyzing performance, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients, aligning with their overall marketing goals. Content Writing: Create, edit, and publish engaging, original content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency and optimal performance. Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout). Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, content) to ensure brand consistency. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, including algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and content formats. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Analyze social media data to identify key insights, report on campaign performance, and recommend strategic adjustments. Conduct competitive research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent content writing and verbal communication skills with a strong portfolio of social media content. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), their respective best practices, and analytics tools. Demonstrable understanding of how to leverage latest social media trends for client growth and engagement. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video). Knowledge of online marketing channels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
