Job Title : Social Media Executive
Job Role: Creative Content Creation & Management, Strategy Development, Community Engagement and Communication, Analytics & Reporting, Campaign Management.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to develop, manage, and optimize our social media presence. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, strategy development, campaign execution, and performance tracking across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, trend-spotter, and analytics expert who can drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Content Creation & Management

Develop high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, reels, blogs, etc.) tailored for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
2. Social Media Strategy Development

Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies. Define KPIs and execute data-backed social media strategies. Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
3. Community Engagement & Communication

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster engagement. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
4. Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Generate monthly reports with actionable insights. A/B test content and adjust strategies based on data.
5. Campaign Management

Plan and execute paid/organic social media campaigns (giveaways, ads, collaborations). Work with designers, copywriters, and influencers for cohesive campaigns. Monitor campaign ROI and optimize budgets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
