You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all platforms.
Duties
Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing goals.
Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the public relations team to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
Create engaging content tailored for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Experience
Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
