Job Purpose
Handle daily social media posting, engagement, and brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities/KRA's
Execute social media calendar across 6 units.
Post creatives, reels, doctor quotes, patient stories.
Reply to comments, DMs, and escalate genuine leads.
Track reach, engagement, and monthly growth.
Coordinate with designer, media team, and copywriter.
KPI's
100% Calendar Adherence
Profile Growth Rate
Engagement Rate
Zero missed DMs or comments
Timely posts for events & doctor updates
Skills
Instagram/Facebook management, reels, captions, basic editing.
Experience
1-4 years social media.
