Role Overview

, the Social Media Executive plays a

core execution role

in managing and growing multiple client brands across social platforms. This role is responsible for

daily posting, coordination, community management, and performance tracking

, ensuring every brand maintains a

consistent, high-quality, and growth-focused social presence

.

You will work closely with

Content Creators, Designers, Video Editors, PR, Performance Marketing, and Account teams

to deliver impactful social media outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Execution & Management

Manage day-to-day social media operations for

multiple client accounts

Execute

daily posting

across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X Ensure accuracy in

captions, hashtags, tagging, links, formats, and timings

Follow content calendars strictly and maintain posting discipline
2. Content Coordination (Agency Workflow)

Coordinate with

Design, Video, Content, Animation & PR teams

for assets Ensure creatives are delivered on time and aligned with brand tone Check content quality before posting (visuals, copy, grammar, brand voice) Support festive campaigns, product launches, reels, and trend-based content
3. Community & Reputation Management

Monitor and respond to

comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews

Route leads, inquiries, and complaints to the respective teams Maintain a positive and professional brand voice across platforms Support PR and crisis communication when required
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track daily & weekly metrics: Reach Engagement Follower growth Saves & shares Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

Identify what content performs best and share insights with the team Assist strategists in optimizing future content plans
5. Trend Monitoring & Growth Support

Stay updated with

platform trends, audios, reels formats & algorithm changes

Suggest reel ideas, caption styles, hashtags, and content improvements Support organic growth initiatives and paid campaign content execution
6. Process Discipline & Ownership

Follow Dangura Digital's

agency SOPs, timelines, and approval workflows

Maintain trackers, calendars, and reporting sheets Take ownership of assigned brands and deliver consistent quality Handle pressure and multiple deadlines confidently
Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

Strong understanding of agency-style social media workflows Good writing skills for captions and brand communication Basic understanding of social media analytics Strong coordination, time management, and attention to detail Ability to manage

multiple brands simultaneously


Tools You'll Work With

Meta Business Suite Scheduling tools (Hootsuite / Buffer / Creator Studio or similar) Canva (basic usage) Google Sheets, Docs & Drive Internal project management tools
