Is this you?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience managing social media content for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
A natural sense of what is trendy, scroll-stopping, and culturally relevant.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Ability to turn briefs into clear content ideas, scripts, and calendars.
Obsessed with neatness, detail, and consistency.
What you'll doDaily Social Content Ownership
Plan, execute, and publish daily content across all TIGC social channels.
Own content calendars end to end: ideation, scripting, coordination, scheduling.
Ensure real-time posting during drops, campaigns, sales, and key cultural moments.
Content Planning & Ideation
Create trend-led content ideas that fit TIGC's brand voice and persona.
Draft scripts for reels, snackable content, product showcases, memes, and topical posts.
Build moodboards and reference decks for creators and internal teams.
Coordination & Production Support
Work closely with designers, videographers, stylists, and editors.
Coordinate shoots, talent, props, and locations for small-scale social content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track weekly and monthly content performance.
Analyse metrics like reach, engagement, retention, saves, and CTR.
Provide insights to improve future content output.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all posts reflect TIGC's tone, language, and visual identity.
Maintain alignment between product, brand storytelling, and consumer trends.
Trend Spotting
Stay updated on algorithms, memes, fashion trends, creator formats, and platform best practices.
Identify new formats before they become mainstream.
Pre-requisites
1-2 years of social media/content experience.
Strong understanding of creative storytelling for fast fashion.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Bonus if you've worked with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
