About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and respond to comments and direct messages across our social media platforms. This role requires quick, polite, and accurate communication, consistent brand tone, and the ability to address customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming comments and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries.
Escalate important or complex issues to the internal team when needed.
Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice across all interactions.
Track recurring queries and share relevant insights with the team.
Support basic community engagement activities as required.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to respond quickly with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms.
Patience, positive attitude, and ability to handle high-volume interactions.
Prior experience in customer support or social media engagement is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with brand voice guidelines and online customer interaction etiquette.
Ability to identify common customer issues and communicate them clearly to the team.
Quick learner with a solution-oriented approach.
