Job Description

A Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, growing followers, improving brand visibility, and executing digital campaigns. The role involves content creation, analytics tracking, audience engagement, and coordination with marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Management

Develop and post creative content (images, reels, videos, stories, captions) across social media platforms. Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar. Write engaging, brand-consistent copy for all posts.

2. Social Media Handling

Manage pages/accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc. Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across platforms. Monitor trends and use them for brand engagement.

3. Growth & Engagement

Increase followers organically through strategic activities. Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community. Run influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.

4. Performance Analysis

Track KPIs like reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and website traffic. Generate weekly/monthly reports using analytics tools. Provide insights and suggest strategies to improve performance.

5. Social Media Advertising

Assist in running paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (if required). Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize ads for better ROI.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
