We are seeking a creative and self-motivated

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our brand's presence across key social media platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for turning ideas into engaging, on-brand content that drives

audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Scheduling

Develop and produce original content

(text, static graphics, short-form video ideas, and reels) tailored for platforms like

Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

. Write

compelling, error-free copy and captions

that align with our brand's voice and engage our target audience. Manage a

social media content calendar

, ensuring posts are scheduled and published consistently at optimal times. Coordinate with the team for necessary visual assets.
2. Community Engagement & Management

Act as the voice of the brand, actively

monitoring and responding

to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive online community, encouraging user-generated content and discussions. Stay up-to-date with the

latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

to keep our content fresh and relevant.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and analyze key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, follower growth) using native platform insights (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).

Prepare weekly or monthly reports

summarizing performance and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven passion for social media

--either professional or through successful management of personal/side accounts. Strong proficiency in

content creation tools

(e.g., Canva, basic video editing apps) is a major plus. Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

. In-depth, working knowledge of major social media platforms and their unique features/algorithms. Ability to work

independently

and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. A
