We are now looking for a
Social Media Executive
with 1-2 years of experience to strengthen our digital marketing team and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Analyze insights and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
2. Content Creation & Coordination
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Campaigns & Promotions
Support digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
4. Brand Building & Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to promote projects, offers, and company milestones.
Engage with influencers, partners, and clients to expand brand visibility.
Maintain consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels.
5. SEO & Digital Coordination (Basic)
Coordinate with the SEO and website teams to ensure brand consistency online.
Support in uploading property listings, blogs, and project updates on the website.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing (real estate experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
Basic understanding of paid marketing, analytics, and content performance tracking.
Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media tools.
Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
