Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Social Media Executive

with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing both

organic and paid campaigns

across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

LinkedIn

. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in content strategy, ad campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:Paid Campaign Management:

Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:

Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager)

LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance KPIs like

CTR, CPC, ROAS, Leads, and Conversions

. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and copy. Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Organic Social Media Management:

Develop and execute engaging content strategies for

Facebook and Instagram

(organic). Create and manage monthly

content calendars

in alignment with brand goals. Monitor page engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow organic followers. Collaborate with the design/content teams for visually appealing creatives. Analyze insights and performance of organic content and optimize strategy accordingly.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report performance of both paid and organic activities. Provide weekly/monthly reports with key insights and suggestions. Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform best practices.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in: Running

paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

LinkedIn ad campaigns

. Managing

organic content strategy

for Facebook and Instagram. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media tools like

Meta Business Suite

,

Hootsuite

, or similar. Basic understanding of creative best practices for different platforms. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field is preferred.
