Job Title: Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with institution goals and objectives.

Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.

Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using relevant tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to increase audience engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, management, or a related field.

Proven experience (2 years) working in social media marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for optimizing social media performance.

Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Knowledge of basic graphic design, video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
