Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, captions, videos, and stories
Schedule and publish posts using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices
Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
Track KPIs and generate reports to assess performance and optimize future campaigns
Manage social media advertising campaigns (optional/if applicable)
Respond to followers' comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
