Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and interacting with our online community to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Manage and post daily content (text, image, video) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to improve online presence. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions. Run paid social media campaigns and assist with performance tracking and optimization. Stay up-to-date with latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
