Social Media Executive - Bangalore (On-site, Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging content -- from witty captions to reels that go viral! Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement Analyze performance metrics and tweak strategy for better reach & engagement Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals Design basic creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite Stay on top of trends, memes, and updates (yes, it's part of the job!)
What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media/content marketing Excellent writing and storytelling skills Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge Strong grasp of analytics and what works on social A curious, creative mind that loves experimenting Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
