Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging, original content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to ensure brand consistency.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and coordination skills.You will work closely with our creative team to develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring that all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for social media platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts and storylines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video content, social media, and digital marketing to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best possible performance and engagement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content within deadlines.
Work with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating them into compelling video content.
Continuously experiment with new techniques, styles, and formats to keep content fresh and exciting.
