Social Media Executive Intern
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The role focuses on building brand visibility, growing our LinkedIn presence, and ensuring consistent, engaging content across channels. Key Responsibilities
? Campaign Execution
Execute brand campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Ensure consistent posting, messaging, and branding across all channels.
? Community Growth
Manage LinkedIn page growth, focusing on followers, engagement, and lead generation.
Actively engage with comments, shares, and direct messages to build relationships.
? Content Management
Maintain a structured posting calendar (minimum 3x per week + reshares).
Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, webinars) into carousels, infographics, reels, and short-form posts.
? Insights & Research
Track competitor activity, monitor emerging trends, and suggest new content ideas.
Collect and report on analytics (engagement, impressions, CTR, leads generated).
Value-Added Tasks
Support targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns in collaboration with Sales/BD team.
Experiment with polls, interactive posts, and LinkedIn newsletters to increase reach.
Collaborate with design/video teams to produce creative assets (reels, GIFs, short videos).
Suggest A/B tests for post formats, hashtags, and posting times to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with brand voice, tone, and data privacy policies.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) preferred.
Understanding of B2B marketing and LinkedIn best practices.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to track analytics and present actionable insights.
