Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and strategy-driven Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of experience in managing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content planning, trend analysis, social media management, and campaign execution, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with Inkcast's brand voice.
Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor trends and integrate them into the brand's content strategy
Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and short-form content
Coordinate with the design and video teams to execute planned creatives
Analyse platform insights and prepare performance reports
Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
Plan and execute small-scale social media campaigns and collaborations
Assist in shooting behind-the-scenes content, office updates, and culture videos when needed
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube analytics & algorithms
Ability to ideate and execute content independently
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite preferred)
Good communication and copywriting skills
Familiarity with trends, content formats, and social storytelling
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
