is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Social Media Executive

to manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement across multiple social media platforms. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about digital media and are eager to gain hands-on experience managing professional healthcare and brand social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Posting

Publish daily posts across the following platforms: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn X (Twitter) Google Business Profile Execute posts as per the content calendar shared by the team Ensure accuracy in captions, hashtags, tagging, creatives, and posting schedules
2. Monitoring & Engagement

Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions on all social media handles Respond to comments and DMs in a polite, professional, and brand-aligned tone Promptly escalate sensitive, negative, or medical-related queries to the senior team
3. Account Management

Regularly review post reach and engagement Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms Track basic performance metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and engagement rates
4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers for scheduled posts Share daily or weekly activity reports with the reporting manager Immediately report spam, negative feedback, or unusual account activity
Skills & RequirementsMandatory

Basic understanding of major social media platforms Good written English communication skills (Hindi is an added advantage) Strong attention to detail and consistency Willingness to learn and adhere to brand and content guidelines
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Internship or academic exposure to social media or digital marketing Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
