Manage and optimize website landing pages to maximize lead conversions.
Lead and guide the email marketing team in planning campaign calendars, audience segmentation, and nurturing flows.
Monitor lead funnel performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and share regular performance reports with the Sales team.
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and develop partnerships to build pipeline opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
Provide monthly performance insights, including lead source analysis, ROI, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the Brand Manager and SEO/Social Media Executive to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Recommend and implement quarterly growth strategies such as webinars, case studies, and organic campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
Excellent understanding of lead nurturing, funnel management, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
