- Social Media Executive

Company: BownBee Fashion Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Experience Required: 1-3 years (Fashion/Apparel industry preferred)

Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will manage and grow BownBee's online presence, build

influencer partnerships, and coordinate photoshoots to deliver visually appealing and high-

performing content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and

emerging platforms.

- Manage day-to-day posting, audience engagement, and community building.

- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth,

campaign ROI).

- Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative strategies.

Influencer Marketing

- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, mom bloggers, and content creators.

- Negotiate collaborations, track deliverables, and measure campaign performance.

- Curate influencer-generated content for brand promotions.

Photoshoot Coordination

- Plan and organize product photoshoots aligned with campaign objectives.

- Coordinate with photographers, models, and stylists to maintain brand aesthetics.

- Ensure timely availability of high-quality content for marketing and e-commerce

platforms.

Skills & Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in social media; influencer marketing (fashion/lifestyle

preferred).

- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, Meta Business Suite, and paid promotions.

- Basic knowledge of photoshoot planning & coordination.

- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.

- Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/Video editing tools (preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
