We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, be skilled in creating engaging content, and excel at connecting with customers across platforms to boost brand loyalty and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, videos, reels) that showcases our products and aligns with e-commerce marketing goals.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to optimize campaigns and drive traffic to our online store.
Engage with customers and followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build a strong online community.
Stay updated on e-commerce and social media trends, including influencer marketing and platform algorithms, to ensure cutting-edge content.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to align social media campaigns with product launches, promotions, and sales events.
Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all social media channels.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools specific to e-commerce marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating customer-focused content.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience managing paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for e-commerce trends.
Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and e-commerce analytics is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating content for e-commerce platforms like Next.js
Familiarity with e-commerce-specific trends, such as flash sales, product drops, or seasonal campaigns.
Basic skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing for product-focused content.
